When not serving Oregonians, Parker loves hiking, playing guitar and spending time with his wife, baby girl and their dog, Heide.

A passionate operations leader, Salman believes care providers are the backbone of every successful healthcare organization. He is dedicated to building an agency that delivers compassionate, exceptional care for all of Central Oregon.
